Each week we will experiment with a different yoga style and/or flow for 30 minutes. The last half of class will be Yin Yoga, specializing in relaxing muscles and creating space and fluidity in the joints. Very meditative and slow-paced. Wonderful for those who lift weights, are very active, sit in front of a desk, or those who have limited mobility from age, injury, or inactivity.
Brikhouse 24/7 Members receive 2 free classes per week. Classes are $5 after.
Non-Members- Classes are $8.00 each or get an Unlimited Class Pass for $60/month.
